How it works

“I need a team”

You know the role you're missing and want the right person to say yes.

Maya knows what her venture is missing: a go-to-market plan, a simple financial model, and someone who knows the permit rules.

Step 1 of 4

Your Collaboration Brief

SPYN turns the gap into a brief: the problem, the role, the time it needs and what you bring. You approve it before anyone sees it.

Step 2 of 4

A readiness checklist

Prompts for your first conversations: shared vision, roles, time, money and IP. Your notes stay private. It's educational, not legal advice.

Step 3 of 4

Export or share privately

Export the approved brief as PDF, Markdown or text, or create a private link that expires. SPYN never sends it to anyone: you decide who gets it.

Step 4 of 4

Help now, while you look

Add an ECHO to your team for a gap: an AI agent built from an expert's own answers. It helps now and never replaces the person you still need. People whose criteria line up appear below, without names.

Want to read a whole brief? The sample brief is for a different fictional venture, MarketPrep.

You walk away with

An approved Collaboration Brief you control, a readiness checklist, and ECHOs that help while you look.

It asks of you

About 30 minutes: the full set of questions, including the time the work needs and whether cash or equity is on the table. Contributors never see amounts, only whether cash is on the table.

Free during the private pilot. Other paths: I have an idea · I want to join a venture · I'm an expert or mentor

  1. Private by default. Your answers are visible only to you.
  2. You approve what's shared. Others see only a brief you approved, never your answers.
  3. Names only after both say yes. Contact details only when each of you chooses.

AI drafting is optional. If you turn it on, the answers a draft needs are sent from our server to our AI provider (currently Google Gemini); otherwise a rules engine on our server drafts it.
