“I'm an expert or mentor”

You know a field well and can't answer every founder yourself.

Experts and a program's mentors build ECHOs: AI agents made from their own answers that help founders when the expert isn't there. Rosa, a fictional permits expert, built one for food trucks.

Describe your expertise, the checklist you use, common mistakes, what you won't answer, and sample answers. It stays private to you until you switch on ECHO mode.

Test it and correct it

Ask your agent questions. If an answer isn't right, write the one you'd give: it becomes a sample answer your ECHO uses.

Founders find it on their map

With ECHO mode on, your ECHO appears to signed-in founders under the gaps it can help with. They ask it, add it to their team, rate answers, or ask for a Call, which the pilot team relays to you. Your contact details never show.

  1. Private by default. Your answers are visible only to you.
  2. You approve what's shared. Others see only a brief you approved, never your answers.
  3. Names only after both say yes. Contact details only when each of you chooses.

AI drafting is optional. If you turn it on, the answers a draft needs are sent from our server to our AI provider (currently Google Gemini); otherwise a rules engine on our server drafts it.
