How it works

“I want to join a venture”

You have skills and some time, and want a venture worth it.

A fictional full-stack developer with 10-20 hours a week looks for an early venture in local food.

Step 1 of 3

Your contribution profile

What you bring, the stages you'd join, the time you can give and your boundaries. Founders see what you offer, never your name, links or contact.

Step 2 of 3

Ventures that may fit

Ventures that need what you bring, most aligned first. It's a count of the criteria that line up, not a prediction of fit. Each shows its approved brief under a public title.

Step 3 of 3

Names only after both say yes

Say you're interested. If the founder says yes too, names, experience and the full brief appear for the two of you only, in a private Collaboration Room. Contact details only when each of you chooses.

It asks of you

About 10 minutes: your skills, the time you can give, how you'd want to work and your boundaries.

  1. Private by default. Your answers are visible only to you.
  2. You approve what's shared. Others see only a brief you approved, never your answers.
  3. Names only after both say yes. Contact details only when each of you chooses.

AI drafting is optional. If you turn it on, the answers a draft needs are sent from our server to our AI provider (currently Google Gemini); otherwise a rules engine on our server drafts it.
